No text in menus or in class loadouts

When I go into the options menus, every menu including input and audio etc. is completely blank. The only one which is normal is the graphics menu.



In game there is no text or images next to the class selection. Where I should be able to select a weapon is now completely blank.



I have no idea what prompted this, it happened yesterday and there hasn't been any change since verifying the files and re-installing the game. I am at a loss.
