Okay so I have played Killing Floor for many years now with no issue, until I just recently purchased a new laptop, which kept giving me the R6025 Pure Virtual Function Call Error, found many fixes on this board and others which did not work for me in particular.
Luckily I found my own fix, the laptop I have comes with two HDD's, one which is about 20GB, which holds the back up of the system, I formatted this drive and reinstalled steam and KF here and now it works perfectly.
I hope this helps other like me which other fixes did not work.
