freeze joining server

Hello,



When ever I want to join a game or when a server changes maps my PC freezes for like 5 - 30 seconds at the server welcome screen and sometimes just before the server welcome screen.



I recently got a new computer and I thought that it would fix it be it doesn't..

specs: Samsung EVO 840 250gb SSD

GeForce GTX 650

16gb DDR3 ram

intel i5 processor @3,4GHz

Gigabyte Z77P-3D motherboard



Is there a fix for this or is it still that my computer isn't good enough?
