[Question] RS/RO GOTY Update freezing

When I got on tonight I started the update and it seemed unusually large 3.1GB. I started to download and it would hit 2.9 GB and then stop and queue up. I'd restart it and it'd immediately queue again. I searched for an answer and I couldn't find anyone having the same issue.



I decided to delete the game from steam and reinstall and I am having the same error. It is says that I need a 10.7 GB download and at 1.4 it queues up and won't finish downloading.



I'm running

MB- ASUS Crosshair V FOrmula-Z

CPU- AMD 9370 4.4

GPU- 280x

RAM- G Skillz 8GB

PS- EVGA 1000W Gold

HD- kingston SV300 240 GB

WD Mybook 3 TB

OS- Windows 7 Pro x64

Case- Cooler Master HAF-X

Cooling- CM Glacer 240L



I am installing the game on a partitioned SSD into a steam library on the D partition. I have 16 gigs free and I don't know if that may be the issue or not because I'm unsure of the games total file size.
