As the dev's say that they weigh their decisions based on public opinion and feedback, I thought that this would be a good poll to put forth.
It is my opinion that the instant switch of tank ammo types is the second-most nonsensical, arcade-ish, completely BS feature in the entire game* and it really needs to go. I'm not saying that there needs to be a special animation for unloading (though playing the existing loading animation in reverse would work) but there needs to be at least a wait and an accompanying sound of the breech being operated. For a game that prides itself on accuracy and authenticity I really don't see how this made it through multiple alpha and beta tests. What think you?
*implementation of the HHL3 gets first place, but that's a whole different thing.
