why are so many easy to fix problems are still present in this game?

even though they are easy to fix, they are still horribly aggravating to deal with in the game and sometimes just cause me to shut it down and play something else.

1) no indicator of spawn protection - spawn protection in general is something that shouldn't exist in a realistic shooter, but if its already there why on earth is it nor marked on the map?

the amount of times i walked into it, and had just 5 seconds to run for my life and then get shot down in the process is ludicrous. the amount of time i struggled to get the mark in the right place -especially in RS maps- with spawn protection in the way is also ludicrous.

adding some black area in the map of where you are allowed to go should not be difficult.

not to mention it is not realistic at all.

2)reloading completely resets if you did one little move to interrupt the animation.

so you removed the magazine, inserted a fresh one in, BUT you started running before your soldier rests the gun in his hand again.

so the next firefight, you suddenly find yourself with a near-empty gun, and most likely, dead.

marking the gun as loaded before the animation completely finishes should not be so difficult.

remember if the gun is uncocked. should also be easy to program. so why do people still need to suffer this animation screw-overs?

3) not being able to do anything while operating the bolt.

from some unknown reason, you cannot melee, switch weapons, reload or run to interrupt the bold cycling.

this is incredibly frustrating for riflemen in close quarters, if you miss a shot, you would naturally want to either stab or switch to a pistol, only your brainless soldier is instantly rendered helpless because he decides to cycle the bolt instead.

don't tell me to turn manual bolting on, i should not be forced to use a feature i don't like to fix such a basic issue, especially considering that even the ORIGINAL COD did not have that problem.

4)broken respawn timer for forced respawn: When playing TL you want to use your Force Respawn there is the most time left in the counter. and when you see 10 dead allies and 24 seconds in the counter you think it's a good time to press N.

wrong. because that was actually the counting of a new respawn wave, and all the dead players on the list just respawned, so you pressing N helped NO ONE.

is it so difficult to add a zero to the counter so that the the TL knows when to use the respawn time correctly?

these problems are just from the top of my head, there are many others but these seem to be the easiest to fix yet nothing is being done for them.

what is happening over at TWI?
