After an update released two or three months ago, RO2/RS startup time increased by a factor of two or three. Did anyone else notice this? I'm wondering if I should bother to delete the game and redownload it to try to fix it or not. My hard drive is not fragmented, I have verified that. Nothing else is different, all other games and applications work the same as before that update. And so on.
On a related note: has anyone experienced a relevant benefit from deleting and redownloading or reinstallinting from a backup Steam games?
PS: RO2/RS is a 20 GB download, so don't waste my time with crap answers, please.
