Request for support to enable console commands for singleplayer?

Ok so basically I have returned to this game after some time, with knowledge of how to use Unreal Engine 3's console commands to aid in taking screenshots/tiledscreenshots..



I was wondering how is it possible to enable certain commands if not all commands?



(I have tried editing Input.ini to bind commands but that will not work either)



These are some of the commands I am interested in,



showhud

fov "xx"

slomo "xx"

PlayersOnly

ghost

walk

tiledshot "x" "xx"



I would greatly appreciate some help as it will help a few others for the community at DeadEnndThrills.com
