I just tried out the MG42 in the beta, and I have to say that TWI really made a good job with this gun. The rate of fire & recoil whilst deployed seem spot on: You deserve some claps on the shoulder for that TWI!
Only complaint is how easy it is to accurately hipfire the gun, and something really needs to be done to simulate the weight of the gun when it isn't deployed. I would suggest implementing a small movement delay in hipfire mode, making accurate shooting from the hip very hard.
