KF critical error

I have recently reinstalled steam and encountered a problem. I have attached my .log file.

I have tried uninstall/reinstalled steam and killing floor but to no vail.

I also have trried deleted .ini file and system folder and the game still failed to launch on start up.

I have no idea what should I to do with this problem, any help?
