Denying the usage of the primary weapon inside tunnels leaves the standard US infantrymen with his bayonet and grenades. Sure realistic as hell. Sure balancing as hell neither. There is no historical reason nor there is a balancing reason why US forces can't use their M16's down there. It's hogwsh folks and you damn well know it.
