Pilot Team Kills

There needs to be spawn protection in helicopter bases to prevent team killing. It is a pretty common occurrence to have fellow "team-mates" tk others to use the Cobra as they have deemed themselves the superior pilot. Most of the time they are mistaken in this assumption. It hurts the team as then the air support isn't there and it pretty much ruins any sort of fun you can have playing as instead of playing the game, all the pilots just see how well they can frag each other for the entire match. The kick function never works, no one votes as it most of the time doesn't affect them. Really the only solution is preventing team damage in spawn.
