Connection lost every match Netgear R6220

I've sought help in the discord but didn't get anywhere so here I am. I cannot play a single round while connected to my router. It seems this issue is with the Netgear R6220. I've seen posts here and other places that have been having this issue since prior installments of the series. I've tried everything: port forwarding, QoS settings, Upnp settings, Nat. I've gone through every setting possible. So much I've racked up 3 hours of time in game "testing" to see if it works.

The ONLY thing that works is bypassing the router completely but since my house is wired with multiple devices that isn't an option if I want to play for more than 10 minutes. As it stands now the game is unplayable as I can't justify buying a new $100+ router just for this one game.
