Bug splat report/ Start up crash.

I'm sure by now everyone who has been having serve trouble with these issues has emailed, sent in numerous reports, been in the forums and spent hours trying to find a solution.
I'd like everyone who is having these issues to post in this thread to let the devs know that this issue is common and should take utmost priority.
We have paid for a product and simply cannot play it.
Most of us are long time fans of RO and we really want this to be fixed soon.
I'd like to keep this thread civil so just post something to let the devs know that this is happening to more people than they are aware of.
