Game does work?

Hey guys downloaded ro2/rs multiplayer singleplayer had the game now 2 days and still no servers showing cannot play single player cant play any part of the game tutorial etc...I can maneuver threw everything options game types etc...any ideas?other than the obvious firewall blocked that's fine I checked that. I don't know.
