Screen artifracting

Hello, ive been having this problem for a long time, on certain games that all seem to use unreal. Now this problem used to happen all the time on RO2, but after i turned off sun rays and light shaft, it stopped. The only problem i have is when i get suppressed and my screen turns gray the problem happens again. Does anyoen know how to turn off the screen getting gray so the glitch doesnt happen?

it is more severe now, with it being almost impossible to see ingame



Before anyone says it may be my gpu overheating or a driver update, I've done those both and my gpu doesnt overheat and my driver is up to date
