I have the feeling that people intentionally filter the games to find a server that is on Hans on HoE - then join, die and wait for the other players to finish the game for them.
I played 10 games yesterday and all of them this happened.
We managed to beat him 2 or 3 times only thanks to a friend of mine who can copy guns so with 5 or 6 full AAs 2 people can beat 4 people Hans on HoE.
Can we have a server option for no late joiners? Like if it is after wave 6 on medium game - they won't be able to join. Or something like that? It'd be great if we can chose the wave after which people can't join and probably chose a level under which people can't join like the Noob filter mutator for KF1. Those are a must have options for server owners as long as Vote kick and map vote.
The amount of people joining at Hans wave is too damn high.
