When can we expect the fix for the Soundtrack not downloading?

I have bought the game, really liked the soundtrack so I bought the Deluxe Edition Upgrade, but the soundtrack didn't download. The Support Page said that the problem has been reported. When can we expect the problem to be fixed and Soundtrack delivered?
