Semi auto and bolt actions need bit more buff

SKS, M14 and Mosin need to do more damage, it feels bad to how many time mosin does not kill. Even from up close you hit enemy only to be wreck by M16.

Same with SKS and M14 sometime you need to make swees cheese out of enemy.
