Push to Talk causes microstuttering

Hi everyone,

I recently had an issue arise when I use push to talk, which was that whenever I used push to talk, my game has a 1 to 2 second freeze.

Current system specs are as follows:

i5-4690k @ 4.2 GHz
Sapphire R9 390
MSI PC MATE
WD 1TB Black
Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB

I also have Razer Synapse running though I killed that process and the problem persists.
