Mosin Nagant small bug (same as ro2)

Some times when u try to reload the soldier will start operating the bolt indefinitely same bug as ro2 Pressing r again will stop it or trying to shoot i believe. Anyway time to fix what was not fixed on ro2/rs1 :P
