Minor bug involving squad tunnels.

I was running around destroying squad tunnels with a teamate, he started destroying one and I joined in since he was taking fire and could of died, he didn't and ended up destroying it, but I was still able to hold down the button and see the progress of the tunnel and once I completely "destroyed" the destroyed tunnel the icon at the bottom stayed up with the pickaxe tool.
