Lobby for "Friends only" doesn´t work - Help plz!

Hey Guys! How can i create a Lobby only for Friends? I choose Matchmaking, invite them (we are three people at that moment) and set to "Invite only". But then I cannot start the game Is there a solution to this problem? Any help would be appreciated! thx
