Invisibile/Non-Spawning Mobs

I logged on today at around 1:30 est. After joining a public server and starting the game, the enemies are nowhere to be found. They have all become invisible. They are able to attack the players but cannot be seen and cannot be hit by gunfire. Grenades still hit them but nothing else works. I tried 3 other servers and its the same issue. I thought it was just me but after speaking with the other players in my groups they can't see the enemies either.

I then decided to try the solo-offline version. The mobs didnt spawn at all. Sat around waiting for them to at least attack me while they are invisible but nothing. I searched the entire map but nothing spawned.

So this means both the online version and solo play is affected and its not just my computer. Thoughts?
