Game Won't Start

I open the game I got to installing the anti cheat but whenever I open it after that it says running for around 5 seconds then it just closes

Ive uninstalled, verified, updated drivers, dont have anti virus, and made every program that was installed from the game run as administrator.

Also I haven't had this problem the few times I played RO2 but I have had this exact same problem on Insurgency and I never found a solution to it and ended up giving up

There are no crash logs either
