Everything Freezing In Place. Not Able To play the game.

Hello, I just bought Rising Storm 2 Vietnam and i cannot even connect to servers. Whenever I do, It takes a few seconds and then the Entire connection seemes to stop.

If I Select my side and join quickly, it says like "Deploying in 10 sec" And it counts down to 0 and the just stays there forever. If i Spawn in time before the "Few seconds" I mention earlier ends, I can run around for however long I wanna (I will never disconnect) and look at the game how it was when I joined, Everyone frozen in time and just standing there.

Any Ideas???

UPDATE: I re-installed the game and the game worked. We switched teams and all, Than I left To try to change map, There was no other servers with had good ping so I connected to the same one again and the game does not work anymore
