Can't see a lot of servers

Earlier today I made a topic about how I couldn't connect to some servers. I swapped my router in order to see if that was the problem but the problem persists.

Anyway, now I have another issue: I can't see some of the servers I was trying to connect before I swapped routers. For example, I can't see ANY of the servers hosted in my country (Brazil). I have friends playing on them and when I click on Steam to "View Game Info" it simply says "Server is not responding" which doesn't make any sense since my friends are playing on that same server.

I'd like to add that I've always had connection problems when I try to play Killing Floor 2 too and besides these two games I don't have ANY kind of issues to play other games. And I've played A LOT of online games. I am pretty sure that this is an issue with your game codes.

All I wanted was to play with my friends on servers hosted in our country where I could have 30-40 latency. Instead I'm having to play on 140-200 latency servers and this is starting to piss me off.

I kindly ask you to look into it and find a fix because this is the second game from you that I buy and I have issues to play online. It's not a coincidence.
