RO2 Profile / Class Progress completly gone

So...

I just re installed RO2 via Steam to play with the new patch. I haven't touched the game for around 6 months or so.

However BOTH my RO2 and Rising Storm unlocks/class progressions are gone. As I had 99% unlocked in both games this is sort of deal for me.

Any solution on how to get the old profile back?
