Cant purchase, already own it? (I dont)

RO 2 with Rising Sun DLC was free this last weekend, and also 75% off. After playing the game on free weekend, I was really excited to purchase the game. I tried purchasing it, but it said I already owned it. A friend tried to gift it to me and it said I already owned it. I dont own the game, and now even though the game is $20.00 instead of $4.99, it says I STILL own the game....



I do not own the game, and when I click play on the store, nothing happens.



I really wanted this game for $5, and got screwed out of that, and now I still cant even download it?



Help please.
