less difficulties, but change spawn rates

Lower difficulties honestly give the game a cancerous disposition. I feel kf1 would be better only having hard, suicide, and HOE difficulty, so that people learn to value teamwork and the dire atmosphere actually has meaning, instead of being able to have a lvl 6 run off and solo 100 mobs in some random part of the map.



I person should install kf and the first thing that should happen to them is a group of three fleshpounds **** him in the *** and paint his organs on the floor. Then they should receive a "welcome to killing floor" achievment.



I just feel it's really important to sell the dire atmosphere right from the start and that the loewr difficulties don't really offer anything.
