I made the mistake of ordering from Vilayer a 64 person server. Unlike past experiences with other server hosts.. this one has given me little to no instructions and their server program really sucks..
So here's my problem.
Server is uploaded and "running". However when I click "RO2 Web Admin" I get the "this page cannot be displayed" message from my browser.

I have read the 2011 tutorial on how to set up a server, but this seems to be for home based servers as apposed to rented ones such as mine. Their tech support is slow and does not help.
First person that can help me get into RO2 Web Admin will receive $5 paypal in appreciation for the help.
