Distant sounds give me high pitch crackling at the end of the sound (G35 Headset)

Hey guys,



Wondering if there is a fix for this? Most notably the distant MG42 sounds give me little high pitch crackles at the end of there sound clips. Very annoying. Suggestions? Using the 7.1 Surround Sound option on my headset.
