Couple of questions (just out of curiosity)

All weapons are on level 25. I suppose this is handled by TWIL mutator. Does it mean that one will get level 25 weapon even if player's stats is having that particular weapon on lower level?



Can one player participate into TE ladder in one team and into CD ladder in another team?
