Enough is enough. This map is probably the most unbalanced one in the game right now, more so than MaggotHill, & Betio in RS or anything else.
I have for the past few months (or more) played this map a ton of times and never, and I mean absolutely NEVER, seen the defenders win this map. It is absolutely pathetic, and somewhat of an amateur display of gamedesign.
In Campaign it is basically a free territory for the attackers, there is no way to defend it whatsoever.
The A and B capture areas seem too extended and include the walls, so that attackers never really need to fully storm and take control of the courtyard and surrounding buildings. Attackers can just stack from behind the safe cover and those zones will be lost within a few minutes tops and the defenders can hardly do anything about it.
Not only that, but the tickets are also completely hopeless and make no sense. At this point, even if the defense bleeds the attackers extremely well (happened once) they just cannot keep it up because they get a stunning lack of tickets and still lose even if they shouldn't. The attackers get like a 110 ticket lead if not even more over the defense! Absolutely ridiculous, as if indeed thought out by amateurs:mad:
To fix this map I suggest removing those capping areas glued to the wall outside the courtyard and adding 60 or so tickets to the defense to give it an actual chance.
If this is too fast to be done all at once, I suggest doing the ticket change first, and then the map one if it's still required afterwards.
Hope something is actually done about this, I'm sure many more players are tired of this absurdity called 'Apartments'.
