KF What Do I Do?

Today I had the utmost pleasure of playing with someone who uses an aimbot.



A little backstory:

We were on KF-Foundry and this guy (name not giving because name and shame is bad) joins a friend of mine's game (known on the forums as karsey22 with ToeKneeAy joining a little later on). I join in at wave ~5 and I notice that he's drawing a lot of attention to himself. Going so far as to be rude to the other sharp playing on his side (I was demo just watching). He brings up kills and stuff so I decide to watch him do him.



This is where things got interesting. He was making insane headshots on zeds that are not even rounding the corner. He's shooting them from the side - anyone who plays HoE knows that's something you can't do with KF's 'awesome' hitboxes, at least not consistently. Obviously this caught my attention. I didn't bring it up but I asked karsey and the other 2 friends on TS if they were noticing anything odd about him. This guy starts being ruder and ruder to the sharp talking about how he has more kills and that kills = skills (which is pretty ironic considering what happens afterward).



So I go get some food after the Foundry game. When I return, karsey is playing with the same guy and they're now on Westlondon. At this point, I wanted to figure out if he was actually cheating. And now it becomes more clear. This guy is shooting zeds right as they or even before they round corners. This is a cut from just one wave I recorded, this behavior was consistent throughout the game we played. If needed I can provide the raw captured footage of all 3 waves I recorded.

THIS IS NOT ME, I AM 1ST PERSON SPECTATING, THIS IS DOABLE ON SERVERS WITH A SPECIFIC SETTING ON THAT LETS YOU TOGGLE FROM 1ST TO 3RD PERSON AND BACK USING (DEFAULT) F4.

What do I do? I have the user's Steam profile (ID number) but I'm not going to give it out publicly because name and shame isn't cool. He has been VAC banned 3 times already according to his profile. I've already reported the profile but is there anything else I should do?
