KF Remove fog from the game

Fog in Killing Floor is a simple 2D texture that doesn't look particularly good and can be distracting especially on maps like Mountain Pass.

I know that some will consider this as "cheating" but for me this is a matter of preference. We can disable film grain with a whitelisted mod.
