Since we have squishy intestines and brains, will we have eye balls, legs and other pieces of the body staying for a long time? (In the full version of the game) Or will parts that explode into small pieces not stay? I've seen the eyes fly out but when they land on the ground, they don't move in a squishy way and they disappear.(Like the first Killing Floor gore)
