Dedicated server issue can't see the server in the list

a year ago i used to be able to play on the server i made after some event update i couldn't see my server in the list anymore yet i was still able to log in to the webadmin page using the adresse http://your serveriphere:8075/ServerAdmin/



now i tried reinstalling steamcmd and update the game again, but i still cannot see my server in the list i tried changing the ip adresse on my router to 192.168.1 instead of 192.168.1.2 none of them work i got all the port listed on my router setting. Now i can't even acess the webadmin page anymore, it just give me an error page.
