[Question] AMD vs Intel (Gaming Rig Help)

I'm building a computer for RO2 SDK but of course I play RO2/RS extensively. Is there a gameplay difference (or any known issues) if I go with AMD or Intel? I personally have no previous experience or knowledge about this matter and the below builds are as a result of feedback from the friends. Thought I should get feedback from the experts of these forums as well. Budget is around 1100€. Here are two versions what I'm looking at right now, both builds are at the same price. OS for both is Win 7 64-bit Premium. And these comes with 1TB Internal Hard Drive and 2GB External Hard Drive.

Intel Core i7-4770 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
