[Fix] Having weird FPS drops when playing in a 64 player public server, how do I fix it?

I been playing this game for over 50 hours since I first bought it. As I continue to play the game, I been noticing some technical issues on the game. For example, I been having weird FPS drops from around 30 for a few seconds and it rise up to 60 FPS and rinse and repeat. Worse, I been experiencing slow loading times every time I join a server or the server switches a new map to about 15 to 20 seconds. I been trying to adjust the quality on my video and setting via on my notepad, but I don't have any luck with getting smooth performance even thought I'm running this game on a latest hardware for my PC.



Is there any chance I could fix these issues that are occurring to my PC?
