[Error] Steamworkshop crashes while in the main menu of RO2/RS

Hi there,



I don't know if I should be submitting my concerns here or with steam but my game crashes when ever I click on steam workshop at the main menu.



The game gives an error message then crashes. I have tried to solve the problem myself.



1.) Validated files (six times)

2.)Uninstalled RO2/RS (four times)

3.) Uninstalled steam and all games (once)

4.)Unsubscribed from all steam workshop items for all games. (once)



Any advise or help will be greatly appreciated. Thank-you for your time. I will do my best to respond to any questions as soon as possible.



Note: I am running the game on low settings with an outdated laptop. Nevertheless, I have always been able to play steamwork shop without problems till last week.
