[Crash] Game crashes on startup

When the game starts, the screen remains black for a little bit, then the "ROGame.exe is not responding" message shows up. I run the game through steam.



I've updated punkbuster, I've verified the integrity of game cache, removed the Red Orchestra folder at my documents, I've installed the RO2Redist files and I've set the ResX and Y to 1080x1920.



What now?
