KF Launches windowed from Steam server browser

When I pick a server from the Steam server browser (outside of the game), the game always launches in windowed mode so I hit ALT+ENTER to get it fullscreen. Is there a way I can just get the game to launch fullscreen even when going through the Steam server browser? If I launch the game directly from Steam, it's fullscreen, just launching from the Steam server browser makes it windowed. It wasn't always like this, but I unfortunately don't know when it started happening; it's been a while.
