General wep buff for VC/PAVN -shotty

alright lets light the fire...for those of us that dont have problems getting kills, eg the dudes with 40+ kills a round, im sure you've notices an extreme lack of both accuracy and TTK with VC/PAVN weps mainly the AK's and RPD. now i know theres going to be those people who will try to justify this by saying "it has more penetration" or "its an AK its not supposed to be accurate" and thats all fine and good except for one thing. balance. yes that mighty term is the whole reason those weps currently suck. but lets be honest here i think if you were to take down numbers as to who wins more, US or VC/PAVN you'll find that the US wins predominantly more. i believe the reason for this is the preset range on the m16 having been set to 250m helps them greatly. as more commander capabilities.

yes the AK has more penetration, and i personally use it to great effect, but you have no idea how many times i have to literally YELL at people to shoot at walls where enemies are. its been an issue for the commune in ro, ro2, and rs. i played a match last night against the TWB clan, of whom many of them are well acquainted with the games mechanics, and even they were questioning the lack of firepower and amount of bullets necessary to kill targets at 15-200m.

i personally think that a lot of these problems will be fixed when the hit reg is finally forced onto the server instead of clients, or vice versa if im backwards from ro2, but on the off chance im wrong and the problems persist...well itd definitely force me to play US more often.

Another way to fix this problem is to bring back the honor system and allow VC/PAVN to use US weps and vice versa, would love to use mosins as US btw, and for those of you who will scream "unhistorical" take a seat as, it was well known that VC/PAVN forces utilized all small arms at their disposal and to this day there are still copies of the US made m16a1 in Vietnam some of which found their way to the US through china.

on a final note id like to state that shotguns on both sides need a huge nerf. being killed by slugs from 80+m is insane, even if it is real. and being able to drop guys from 60+ away with birdshot is also quite ridiculous

TLDR: 3 choices bring back use of enemies weps on either side, fix hit reg, increase damage for several VC/PAVN weps.
