Servers with Custom Settings? - 3 round servers / No team swap / Map voting

I'm looking for servers that have at least 3 rounds to them, servers that go to the best of 3 if there is a tie instead of relying on points. And in addition to this, they may have team swapping disabled and map voting enabled.

It is difficult to find them using the server browser because #1 it shows every server as having standard settings #2 server owners name their servers meaningless things such as: only <clan name here> or <nickname>, "Realism server" , "Official server #" , "Admins" , "Rising storm 2 Vietnam server".

The reason I prefer these settings is because it allows for the maps to last much longer. Since they added this new "we have 2 minutes to capture anything or we lose", the maps last relatively short and there isn't that many maps in rotation to begin with.

I found two so far since playing, but I forgot the name of the first one (It was some abscure german hosted server). Currently I favor the XTREMEIDIOTS server because it has a 3 round system in place. However their admin is somewhat of an imbecile and decided that Role Vote & Kick Vote should always be disabled. So this leads to a fair amount of trolls/idiots, and they rule the server unless the admin happens to be playing as well.
