While playing KF2, I get some very noticeable screen tearing, even with the V-Sync option turned on. I've searched high and low for a solution, but none of them seem to do the trick for me. Some things I have tried are:
-Updating my drivers
-Forcing V-Sync ON through the Nvidia control panel
-Disabling the variable frame rate option
-Lowering my graphics settings
-Verifying game cache
-Switching input cables (specifically from HDMI to DVI)
I'm not sure what's causing this issue. I usually run the game on ultra settings, without any sort of frame drops. The only thing from this list that has actually done anything is forcing V-Sync ON through the Nvidia control panel, but this absolutely destroys my frame rate (sub-30 fps). I usually use the Adaptive V-Sync setting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My specs:
CPU: AMD FX-8350 @ 4.0 GHz
Mainboard: MSI 970 GAMING
RAM: 8 GB DDR3 1600
GPU: GTX 960 (EVGA SSC)
Display: ASUS VH236 60Hz
