Barring any shocking revelations I think Gunslinger is the most easy-to-guess-at of the three unknown perks, so... might as well start a skill / inherent ability wishlist thread, eh?
I'll start us off:
"If you're not using that.."
Most likely a level 5 skill. Allows players who don't care for their 9mm to give you all their 9mm ammo by equipping the weapon and then interacting with you. Also comes with a buff to 9mm damage, stacking with all other general pistol buffs you have.
"Asynchronous Firing"
Possibly either a mid-level skill or an inherent ability. Using the alternate fire button (or some other button, if there are pistols that actually come with alt-fire functions) fires one of your handguns as normal but also MARKS that enemy at the point hit. Until that enemy dies or another target is marked, every other shot fired via primary fire will be aimed towards the mark (with small inaccuracies for recoil / movement, if applicable) as long as it is within 180 degrees of your current aim. Why have two guns if you're only going to shoot one thing at a time?
"Guns a' Blazin'"
Possibly offered as the opposite skill choice to the ability above; 'guns a blazin' grants the ability to discharge both handguns as rapidly as physically possible by holding down primary fire, in a frantic unaimed sweep in front of you (keeping mostly horizontal to your point of aim). An attack for when neither precision OR ammo conservation are a concern, and you just want to hose bullets towards a group of zeds
"Point Blank"
Handguns fired at point-blank range do several TIMES their damage. These attacks could also come with special firing animations, actually showing you jam the gun forward to make contact with the unlucky zed. They'll also cause extra-messy exit wounds! (fun bit of trivia: even a blank will kill a person if fired at the right/wrong spot point-blank. At least one movie star to date has died from screwing around with what they thought was a harmless prop)
