It should just be released to EA, not beta.
Why? Well:
1. Nobody is going to be playing the EA once the beta is available.
2. Server owners won't even get the beta files.
3. All server owners will have pretty much empty EA servers.
4. I don't want to sit in a lobby waiting for a limited number of servers to finally have a slot to play when 10,000 people are trying to jam into the TW provided beta servers.
Why? Well:
