Custom Sounds not Working on Servers

Ok so i have hella custom voice acting sounds (.wav) i need to put in my mission map, It all works in solo, but when i load the map into a server and set myself up to where i have to download the packages, the sounds dont play for me =(

Ive tried having the sounds in the map file, as well as in a separate package.

EDIT: I got it working, i loaded all sounds at beginning of map, made them ambient, then triggered them in Kismet
