PS4 Killing Floor 2 Screen Freezing and crashing at vs Survival Startup

I Can play solo and survival but every time I join a Vs Survival game getting ready to eat some survivors or kill some zeds it freezes that's all it does I really like this game I've rebuilt my ps4 database, redownloaded the game and tried everything I don't have a premium avatar on my psn please just fix this or help me!
